A History of Learning
We started Hammer Strength Clinics over 30 years ago so that the coaching
community could share training philosophies and learn from each other.
The first clinic was held in Cincinnati, the birthplace of Hammer Strength. In 1992,
strength and conditioning coaches were finding their footing in professional and
college athletics. Strength and conditioning professionals are now an essential part of
athletic programs at any level and in personal training facilities.
